The total amount of shipping costs depends on the destination and selected shipping method. These costs will be indicated separately in your virtual shopping cart. This way there are no surprises in the end. You can choose between "economic" (less expensive but slower and no guaranteed date of delivery) and "express" (faster and with a guaranteed date of delivery) rate.
As soon as we ship the ordered goods from our warehouse we will send you an email to inform you. This email will contain the shipping information of your parcel, the parcel number and a hyperlink to track the parcel on the site of the shipping company. On that shipping company site, contact information of the shipper is available.
Our products are only being delivered in those countries for which the website allows the delivery. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on the individual order confirmation the purchaser. Possible delays will in no circumstances lead to indemnity payment. Erroneously communicated addresses are the responsibility of the User and may lead to extra charges that will be redressed to the User.
All goods will be sent from Frucon². If your product is not delivered within the specified timescale, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your client number of order number. Should exceptional circumstances result in the fact that you have not received any item you ordered after 30 days from the date of the Shipping Notification E-mail, you will have the option to cancel your order and request a full refund.
We only ship via a professional courier. Your signature is required for delivery; in case of absence, you may designate a person of legal age authorized to represent you. If no one is present at the address indicated to receive your order, you will be asked to contact our delivery service to set a new delivery date. Depending on the courier used small difference may apply.
We are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or modify an order already placed unless we receive your request for modification or cancellation before shipping your package. If you wish to cancel your order, we invite you to contact customer service as soon as possible. However, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel it in time before shipment. If we can cancel the order, you will be able to view it in the Your Account and Order History section.
If we have not been able to stop your order, we invite you to refuse delivery. We will then issue a credit corresponding to the purchase price once the parcel has returned to our services. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

You must check whether your shipment is correct upon delivery. Should, in your opinion, the delivery not be in conformity with your demand, then please do not sign the delivery note and/or clearly note the nature of the discrepancy on the delivery note. You shall give us written notification of the problem within 24 hours of the delivery date by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Should the failure be a fabrication error of KitchenAid, or in case Frucon² has delivered the wrong goods, then Frucon² will bear all shipping costs related to the returning of the goods.
