Just attach the grinder and sausage stuffer to the power hub of your KitchenAid stand mixer, then watch the mixer work its magic. Make small or large sausages
First mince, grind and grate in your KitchenAid food grinder, and then it’s time to stuff! There are two sizes of sausage to choose from. The 9.5 mm stuffer tube is for smaller sausages, like breakfast or chipolatas, or use the 19 mm for more generously sized sausages like bratwurst, Polish or Cumberland.
Vegetarian or pescatarian? Great! This stuffer attachment is definitely not just for meat eaters. You can create delicious veggie sausages too.
