With the digital display, you can choose your temperature in 1-degree increments ranging from 60-100° Celsius. The brew-range thermometer is displayed in the lid to keep track of your water temperature, so you know you are within your preferred brewing range. So whether you fancy a delicate cup of white peony tea, a mug of matcha green tea or a coffee, you can set the ideal temperature and release the finest flavour.
Hold function keep water at the right temperature
Not quite ready? Or is your friend caught up on a call? Keep your hot water at the right temperature for serving with the hold function. It gives you the option to maintain the desired temperature for 30 minutes. That’s plenty of time to settle down for a well-earned tea or coffee break.
