Easy to select on the kettle base. * 5 pre-settings + keep-warm mode: Green tea at 80°C, White tea at 85°C, Oolong tea at 90°C, Black tea at 95°C, Herbal/boil at 100°C, Keep-warm at 70°C (up to 30 min.)

Removable stainless steel steeper with portable holder. Easy to remove and to place in the holder for more cleanability. For brewing tea, or simply boil water without the steeper in place

Auto keep-warm for up to 30 minutes and temperature selector. Automatically goes into keep-warm mode when heating cycle is finished. Keep-warm mode can also be selected on the temperature selector to keep the water or tea warm. This low temperature setting can also be used for brewing delicate teas.
