cashew nuts

1/2 tsp

honey

300 ml

mineral water

Step by step

  1. Soak the cashew nuts for 2 hours in water. Drain the nuts.

  2. Place the nuts, honey and mineral water in the food processor.

  3. Mix on speed 7 for 45 seconds.

  4. Put a sieve over a bowl. Lay a cheese cloth over the sieve. Pour the cashew milk over it and strain until all of the liquid is extracted.

  5. Drink immediately or transfer milk to a jar or bottle and refrigerate.
