juice of lemon

4 tbsp

tahini

cooked beetroots

garlic clove

ground cumin

1/2 tsp

ground coriander

Step by step

  1. Add all the ingredients to the Bowl of the Cordless Food Chopper fitted with the Multipurpose Blade.

  2. Slide the Speed Controller to setting 2 and press down the Pulse/On button to mix the hummus. Mix until the hummus is completely smooth.

  3. Add in some extra olive oil in the Drizzle Basin while mixing if necessary.
