4 cm

fresh ginger

100 ml

rice vinegar

40 ml

neutral oil

1 tbsp

sesame oil

1 tbsp

soy sauce

Step by step

  1. Peel and roughly chop the carrots and ginger.

  2. Add the rice vinegar, neutral oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, carrots and ginger to the KitchenAid K400 blender and mix on speed 5 until a smooth dressing forms.
