Step by step

  1. Place the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl of a stand mixer. Attach the Flat Beater and mix on stir speed for 30 seconds.

  2. Add eggs and milk and mix on speed 2 until all ingredients are just combined.

  3. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with good quality muffin liners. Divide the batter between the 12 muffins holes.

  4. Add a teaspoon of a tomato sauce on each muffin. Top each cupcake with two mini mozzarella balls and 2 mini pepperoni slices.
