Step by step

  1. Attach the Food Processor attachment fitted with the Slicing Disc to the stand mixer.

  2. Turn the Speed Control Lever to 2 and push the cucumber though the Food Processor to slice them. Arrange them on a plate.

  3. Cut the ends off the radishes. On speed 10, slice the radishes and arrange them next to the cucumbers.

  4. Increase the thickness of the Adjustable Slicing Disc.

  5. Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and slice them using the Food Processor. Add them to the plate.

  6. Insert the Reversible Shredding Disc.

  7. Peel the carrots and shred them on speed 10. Arrange on the plate.

  8. Insert the Julienne Disc.

  9. If necessary, cut the cabbage into chunks that fit the feeding tube.

  10. Shred the cabbage on speed 10. Arrange on the plate.

  11. Combine the mustard, oil, salt and lemon juice in a small bowl and whisk together. Drizzle over the salad right before serving.
