Step by step

  1. Attach the Spiralizer attachment to the stand mixer. Put the Medium spiralizing blade on the spiralizer.

  2. Peel the sweet potatoes. Stick a sweet potato on the attachment. Turn the Speed Control Lever to 6 and let the KitchenAid do the work. Repeat with the remaining two sweet potatoes.

  3. Cover the potatoes in olive oil and seasoning.

  4. Roast the fries for 20 minutes on 220°C, flipping once halfway through, or until they reach their desired crispiness.

  5. Place them in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure not to over-crowd the fries. Roast the fries in the oven for 20 minutes on 220°C, flipping once halfway through, or until they reach their desired crispiness.
