Step by step
Fit the Food Processor with the Dicing Disk and turn the speed to 1. Add the cooked beets through the Feed Tube to dice.
Place the diced beetroots in a separate mixing bowl.
Add the sour cream, mayonaise, fresh dill, horseradish, fennel seeds, black pepper and salt to the Food Processor.
Turn the speed to 1 and mix for 1 minute.
Pour the dressing over the beets and toss to combine.
Chop some spring onion and sprinkle over the salad before serving.
