Step by step
A cappuccino consists of Espresso, steamed milk and milk foam on the top.
Froth the milk into a "microfoam" that is nearly double the volume of the original milk, using the steam wand.
Prepare the shot of Espresso in your favourite cappuccino cup.
Pour the frothed milk into the center of the Espresso shot.
Add a sprinkle of cocoa or cinnamon powder according to taste and serve.
For a dairy free option, use oat milk.
