Chimichurri Sauce
Fresh, green and totally delicious, chimichurri sauce is perfect for topping the meat, shrimp, grilled vegetables and fries!

coriander
1/2 bunch
flat-leaf parsley
2 tbsp
fresh oregano

lemon, juiced
100 ml
olive oil
1/4 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp
red pepper flakes
Step by step
Place the lemon juice, olive oil, fresh herbs, shallot, garlic, salt and pepper in the jug of the blender.
Pulse on speed 6 for 30 seconds (or pulse until smooth to your liking).
Garnish with red pepper flakes.
Serve on top of fries, grilled steak, roasted chicken, shrimp and tacos
