Coconut mojito
A snow white cocktail that makes winter taste like summer. This recipe includes alcohol. Drink responsibility, alcohol should be consumed in moderation.

limes
mint leaves

white rum
60 ml
coconut rum
250 ml
canned coconut cream
sparkling water to top off
ice cubes
Step by step
Cut the limes in half and squeeze the juice into the shaker.
Add the mint leaves and sugar and muddle them until the leaves are broken down.
Pulse the two types of rum and coconut cream in the blender on speed 6 for 30 seconds.
Add the coconut mixture to the shaker and shake well.
Add 4 ice cubes to a glass, fill the glass half way with the coconut mixture and top off with sparkling water.
