Step by step
This recipe makes 8 popsicles.
Pull 5 double shots of espresso using the Kitchenaid Espresso Maker. Let the coffee cool off to room temperature.
Mix the milk with 50 ml condensed milk and distribute between 8 popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Mix the cooled coffee with the rest of the condensed milk. Bring back the popsicle molds and distribute the coffee mix between them. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Bring back the popsicle molds again and place the popsicle stick in each mold. Chop the mocha beans and add on top of the popsicles. Freeze for another 6 hours or overnight.
