Cranberry sauce with baked camembert
Step by step
Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice into a small saucepan. Add the sugar and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Add the cranberries and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let simmer until the cranberries are popped open.
Add the cranberries to the jug of the blender. Mix on speed 6 for 2 minutes.
Unwrap the Camembert and put it back into the box.
Make some slits in the top and put sprigs of rosemary in.
Bake the Camembert for 15 minutes in a 200ºC preheated oven.
Serve the cranberry sauce over the baked Camembert.
