Flammkuchen
This German flammenkuchen pizza is quick to make and is definitely worth your time.

salt
62 ml
water
1 tbsp
olive oil

sour cream
1,5
small onions
75 g
fresh creamy spreadable cheese
1,5
sprigs of rosemary, finely chopped
1,5 tsp
honey
to taste
black pepper
Step by step
Pour the flour and salt into the bowl of the stand mixer. Make a well and pour in the water and olive oil.
Attach the Dough Hook to the stand mixer, pull the Speed Control Lever to 2 and mix for 4 minutes. You can tell when the dough is ready by gently pressing it and seeing if it springs back.
Place the dough onto a floured surface.
With a rolling pin, roll out the dough until +/- 3mm thick. Place onto an oiled baking tray.
Spread the sour cream, onion rings, fresh creamy spreadable cheese and rosemary over the dough. Drizzle over some liquid honey and black pepper to taste.
Bake for 15 minutes in an 260°C preheated oven.
