feta

100 g

greek yoghurt

50 ml

olive oil

30 ml

lemon juice

a handful

fresh dill

1 tsp

salt

1 tsp

ras el hanout

1 tsp

za’tar

Step by step

  1. Add the feta, Greek yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill and spices to the Food Processor.

  2. Press the Pulse button and blitz until the dip looks well combined and creamy.

  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle some chopped fresh dill and za’tar on top.
