Step by step

  1. This recipe makes 12 guacamole cups.

  2. Peel and roughly chop the red onion. Add the red onion, garlic clove, cilantro and chili pepper to the Mini Food Chopper. Mix on speed 1 until finely chopped.

  3. Add the avocado, cherry tomatoes, lime juice and salt. Mix on speed 2 until the guacamole is smooth and creamy.

  4. Tuck the tortillas into a cupcake tin, gently pleating the edges. Gently brush the inside of the tortillas with oil. Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C preheated oven until the tortilla cups have hardened. Move to a wire rack and let cool.

  5. Fill the tortilla cups with guacamole and top off to your own taste with feta, shrimp, tomato salsa or anything else you like.
