This delicious sandwich with freshly made tuna salad makes a healthy meal for lunch.

fresh tuna

60 g

crème fraîche

1/2

lemon (juice)

2 tbsp

fresh parsley

scallions

1/2 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

pepper

Step by step

  1. Steam the tuna and let it cool off completely.

  2. Break the tuna into large chunks and place it in the food processor. Pulse until tuna is no longer chunky.

  3. Add crème fraîche, lemon juice, parsley and roughly chopped scallions. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse again until herbs are finely chopped and tuna is well coated.

  4. Spread tuna mixture on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices.
