Ingredients

150 g

rolled oats

20 g

quinoa, puffed

30 g

salted peanuts

160 g

dates, pitted

140 g

peanut butter

pinch

salt

Step by step

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.

  2. Blend the dates, peanut butter and a pinch of salt in the blender.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Pour the peanut butter date cream over dry ingredients and stir until evenly combined.

  5. Spread the granola out evenly on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

  7. Remove the granola from the oven when lightly toasted and golden.

  8. Take it off the tray and let it cool down until it reaches room temperature and hardens.
