Leek soup
A comfort in a bowl, this homemade soup is made with just a handful of ingredients.

Step by step
Slice the leek (only the white part). Peel and cut the potato into large pieces. Steam the leek and the potatoes.
Peel and cut the onion into large pieces.
Pour the stock into the blender. Add the vegetables and seasoning.
Set the blender to the soup stand and let the programme run until it’s finished.
Serve with a swirl of cream, homemade croutons and some chopped parsley.
