Step by step

  1. Crack the fresh coconut open and separate the meat with a spoon. Use a peeler to take off the brown skin.

  2. Always add the more liquid and soft ingredients first and finish with your tough ingredients, so add: the lime juice, yoghurt, spinach, bananas, matcha powder, dates, mango, almonds and coconut to the jug of the blender.

  3. Put on speed 5 and mix for 1 minute until the smoothie looks velvety and has no lumps left.

  4. Serve in a bowl and garnish with the toppings.
