Step by step
Heat the water in the KitchenAid kettle to 80°C.
Put the matcha in a cup. Pour 50 ml water into the cup. Whisk it with a matcha whisker until all lumps dissolve completely.
Once smooth, add maple syrup and whisk until well incorporated.
Pour in the remaining 80 ml water and mix. Add the frothed milk. Sprinkle with matcha powder. Enjoy right away.
