No-bake chocolate tart
You don't have to be a trained patisserie baker to make this incredible rich chocolate tart.

chocolate cookies
90 g
melted butter
1/2 tsp

chocolate
1 tsp
vanilla extract
45 g
butter, cold and cubed
300 ml
heavy cream
Step by step
Crush the cookies in a food processor or blender and transfer to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a Flat Beater. Add the melted butter and salt. Mix on speed 1. Pour the crumble out into a baking tin and press tight with the back of a spoon. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
Place the chocolate, vanilla extract and butter in a bowl of the stand mixer fitted with the Wire Whisk. Heat the cream over medium heat and pour over the chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes. Mix on speed 1 all the chocolate has melted and a glossy mixture forms.
Pour the ganache into the chilled chocolate crust. Refrigerate for 5 hours until firm. Serve with red fruits.
