Ingredients

230 g

roasted, skinned peanuts

20 g

light brown sugar

flaked sea salt

Step by step

  1. A RECIPE BY EDD KIMBER. Place the ingredients into the Cookprocessor bowl fitted with the ‘Multiblade’ knife. Close the lid. Select PUREE P4 and reduce the temperate to 40C, press Start to confirm. Slowly increasing speed to 10.

  2. Press cancel to exit 'Keep Warm' mode. Scrape the peanut butter into a sterilised jar and serve when needed.

  3. Once the Peanut Butter has been made you can add some maple syrup to add a different flavour.

  4. The recipe can be made with many different types of nuts like almonds or cashews, simply switching out the peanuts for the nut of your choice.

  5. Flavour the butter with different spices such as cinnamon.
