Step by step

  1. Peel and core the apples, then cut them into cubes. Place the apples in an ovenproof dish.

  2. Add raspberries and sprinkle light brown sugar over the fruit. Mix together until the fruit is coated.

  3. In a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with Flat Beater, add all-purpose flour, caster sugar and butter.

  4. Mix until the butter is mixed in and the batter starts to come together and form clumps.

  5. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit.

  6. Bake for about 35 minutes in a 180°C pre-heated oven until the crumble topping is golden. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
