Elevate your desserts with this red fruit coulis: ideal for pouring on top of cheesecakes, ice cream, and pancakes. Attach the Travel Lid onto the jar to bring to a summer picnic. Mix with sparkling water for a refreshing sip on-the-go.

250 g

strawberries, hulled

100 g

blueberries

125 g

raspberries

1 tsp

orange blossom water

30 g

honey

Step by step

  1. Wash the berries thouroughly and add all them to the jar of the Cordless Personal Blender together with the orange blossom water and honey.

  2. Mix on the lowest speed until the coulis looks smooth. Strain through a mesh sieve to remove the seeds.

  3. Screw on the Travel Lid and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.

  4. To make lemonade: add 3 tablespoons worth of the coulis over a glass filled with ice and sparkling water.
