Ingredients
250 ml Plant-based drink like coconut, rice, almond or oat
170 g frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
8 leaves mint
4 leaves basil (optional for a more herby flavor)
1 tsp honey
Step by step
Add the plant-based drink, strawberries, banana, lemon juice, basil (if using), mint, and honey to a jug of a blender. Blend on the smoothie setting until completely smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately for the freshest flavor. Garnish with a strawberry of a sprig of mint, if desired.
