Tzatziki makes a great party dip served with crackers, salads or grilled meat.

greek yoghurt, strained

cucumber
2 tbsp
dill
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tbsp
lemon juice

garlic clove
Step by step
Put the strained Greek yoghurt in the jug of the blender. Add the lemon juice.
Peel the cucumber. Cut it lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Cut in chunks and add to the blender.
Add garlic clove, dill and salt.
Mix on speed 5 until just mixed.
Serve with crackers, on a pita or with grilled meats.
