Step by step
Slice the vanilla bean and scrape out the seeds, using a sharp pointed knife.
Add the vanilla beans to the cold milk you will use for your latte, in the milk pitcher.
Prepare the shot of Espresso in your favourite cup.
Steam the milk, using the steam wand.
Pour the frothed milk into the Espresso shot and serve.
For a dairy free option, use oat milk.
