Step by step
Set the Food Grinder with the Fine Grinding Plate. Attach the Food Grinder with the Food Tray to the KitchenAid Stand Mixer.
Combine chickpeas, shallot, parsley, salt and potato starch in a bowl. Mix well.
Turn Speed Control Lever to 3.
Grind the mixture in the mixer bowl.
With a scooper form 4 balls and flat them.
Dip into breadcrumbs to coat.
Transfer the burgers on a baking tray. Lightly brush the tops with oil and cook at 200°C/390°F in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with Greek yogurt as a dip.
Serve as a real burger, in a bun with tomato and onion slices, pickles and ketchup.
