Step by step
Cut the apricots in half and take out the pit.
Add the apricots to the Food Processor and press the Pulse Button. Pulse 3-4 times to chop the apricots.
Transfer the apricots to a deep pan and squeeze in the juice of a lime.
Bring to a boil while constantly stirring.
Add the sugar and stir vigorously until all the sugar has dissolved.
Pour the hot jam into clean jars, close the lids and turn upside down. Let cool completely.
