Step by step

  1. This recipe makes two iced coffees.

  2. Pull a double shot of espresso using the KitchenAid Espresso Machine. Add 270 ml of hot water using the steam wand and allow it to cool off to room temperature.

  3. To make the banana cream, place the frozen banana into the K400 blender. Add the milk and the vanilla paste and blend on Icy Drink setting until smooth and creamy.

  4. Add crushed ice to the glasses. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice. Pour the banana cream into each glass. Mix around to incorporate the flavors.
