Basics: chantilly cream
Step by step
Place the Turbo Beaters from the 9 speed hand mixer and a bowl in the freezer for 15 minutes before making the chantilly cream.
Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl. Start mixing and add the caster sugar. Whip until soft peaks form.
Add vanilla paste and mix to combine. Keep refrigerated. Use as a topping on cakes, tarts, ice cream as well as drinks.
