Ingredients

500 g

all-purpose flour

300 ml

red beet juice

50 ml

olive oil

2 tsp

dry yeast

1,5 tsp

salt

Step by step

  1. Add the flour, beet juice, olive oil, dry yeast and salt to the bowl of stand mixer fitted with a Dough Hook. Mix on speed 1 for 8 minutes until a homogeneous dough forms.

  2. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let rise for 60 minutes in a warm place.

  3. Cut the risen dough into 10 equal pieces and form round shaped breads. Cover with a towel and let rise 45 minutes.

  4. Brush the risen breads with some olive oil and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.

  5. Bake for 18 minutes on 180°C.
