anchovy paste

2 cloves

garlic, minced

2

egg yolks

2 tbsp

lemon juice

1 tsp

dijon mustard

2 tbsp

vegetable oil

120 ml

olive oil

Step by step

  1. Place egg yolks, anchovy paste, minced garlic, mustard and lemon juice in the Food Processor fitted with the Multipurpose blade.

  2. Mix on speed 2 until the mixture thickens and lightens in colour. Slowly add the oils while the Food Processor is running.

  3. Mix until everything is combined. Store in refrigerator.
