Add the carrots top, walnuts, salt, cumin and pecorino cheese to the jug of the Cordless Chopper. Secure the lid and turn to speed 2. Press down the Pulse/On button until roughly chopped.

Step by step
Add the carrots top, walnuts, salt, cumin and pecorino cheese to the jug of the Cordless Chopper. Secure the lid and turn to speed 2. Press down the Pulse/On button until roughly chopped.
Slowly add the avocado oil through the small food tube while mixing. Continue processing until the pesto is smooth.
