coconut oil, melted

150 g

honey

240 ml

milk

540 g

oat flour

180 g

all-purpose flour

1,5 tsp

baking powder

Step by step

  1. In a small bowl, combine egg, coconut oil, honey and milk. Whisk together.

  2. Add the oat flour, all-purpose flour and baking powder to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the Paddle Attachment. Add the wet ingredients to the stand mixer bowl and mix on speed 2 until a dough comes together.

  3. Attach the Cookie Accessory to the stand mixer and feed the cookie dough through the feeding tube. Catch the dough and cut each strip into 0,5 cm long cookies.

  4. Transfer to a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes in a 185°C preheated oven.

  5. Get creative with the cookie accessory and use whatever shape you want your cookies to be.

  6. Serve in a bowl of milk or sprinkled on top of fresh yoghurt.
