Chicken and red pepper toastie

Step by step
Season the chicken with pepper, salt, paprika powder and garlic powder. Heat the olive oil in a pan and bake on both sides until golden brown. If the chicken filet is not sliced yet, slice it into thin slices.
Cut the focaccia in half lengthwise. Brush with some melted butter, this will slow browning and help warm the filling. Spread pesto on the bottom half of the focaccia. Add the chicken slices, roasted red pepper and shred some parmesan on top. Do not overfill it. Place in the sandwich rack.
Set the Shade Control to the desired level of brownness, then press the SANDWICH button and toast the toasties.
