Delicious coleslaw salad with homemade mayonnaise.

white cabbage

carrots
3
eggs yolks
1 tbsp
mustard
210 ml
sunflower oil

vinegar
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper

yoghurt
Step by step
Put mustard, vinegar and egg yolks into the food processor. Start mixing on speed 2.
While mixing, slowly start adding oil until the mixture begins to thicken.
Once thickened, season with salt and pepper and mix for another 10 seconds on speed 1.
Peel the carrots and cut them into large chunks. Cut the cabbage into large chunks.
Insert the reversible slicing/shredding disc (shredding side) and grate the carrots and the cabbage on speed 2.
Place the vegetables in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonaise and yoghurt and mix thoroughly.
