Cranberry ginger mule cocktail

Step by step

  1. Thaw cranberries on the countertop for 30 minutes.

  2. Wash limes. Trim off stem end and cut into quarters.

  3. Attach Flat Beater to Stand Mixer. Add limes, sugar and cranberries to mixer bowl and attach splash guard. Beat on ½ speed for 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. Use a fine mesh strainer to strain juice into a pitcher, pressing with a rubber spatula to get all the juice out of the pulp.

  5. Add water to the pitcher and mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  6. Add ginger beer to the pitcher just before serving, so it keeps the carbonation.

  7. To serve, pour over ice. Garnish with additional frozen cranberries, mint and limes.
