chickpea water
60 ml
olive oil
60 g
tahini

salt

cumin

lemon juice

Step by step
Pour the chickpea water, olive oil and lemon juice into the Food Processor.
Add tahini, chickpeas, salt, cumin and garlic.
Mix on speed 2 for 40 seconds.
Serve with vegetables and crackers.
