canned chickpeas, peeled

40 ml

chickpea water

60 ml

olive oil

60 g

tahini

1/2 tsp

salt

1 tsp

cumin

2 tbsp

lemon juice

1

garlic clove

Step by step

  1. Pour the chickpea water, olive oil and lemon juice into the Food Processor.

  2. Add tahini, chickpeas, salt, cumin and garlic.

  3. Mix on speed 2 for 40 seconds.

  4. Serve with vegetables and crackers.
