Creamy garlic mashed potatoes with milk & butter
Step by step
Peel and cut the potatoes. Peel the garlic. Place potatoes and garlic in a pot of cold water and bring to boil. Cover and cook until a knife slides through easily.
Drain the potatoes and garlic and transfer them to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the Flex Edge Beater.
Mix the potatoes on speed 4 until there are no lumps left. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until incorporated.
