Step by step
Cut bagels in half. Choose the desired level of brownness on the toaster and press the bagel button. Insert the bagels into the toaster.
Take the bagel out from the toaster and place the cheddar on top so it can melt.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and crack in the eggs. Cook on medium heat while stiring with a spatula. Cook for 3 minutes until the eggs are just set and season with pepper and salt.
Place the bacon slices in a frying pan and fry over medium heat until the bacon strips are cooked crispy.
Cut the avocado in slices and assemble the bagels.
