Fluffy scrambled eggs
Step by step
Crack the eggs into the bowl of the stand mixer fitted with Mixer Whisk. Add the milk, salt and pepper. Mix on speed 4 for 2 minutes until the eggs have become somewhat frothy.
Add the chopped chives and mix on 1/2 speed for 30 seconds.
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Once the butter is bubbling, add the eggs and turn the heat to low. Cook, stirring regurarly, on a low heat for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
