Step by step
Pull the double shot of Espresso in a cup.
Combine the Espresso, milk, sugar, ice cream and some ice in your blender. Start to blend on low speed and slowly increase, blending on high for 30 seconds.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with chocolate shavings, according to taste.
For a dairy free option, use oat milk.
