Step by step

Add the dijon mustard, white wine vinegar and salt. Whisk for 25 seconds on speed 2.
While the Cordless Chopper is running, gradually add the corn oil using the drizzle basin.
Add lemon juice and season with additional salt if necessary.
Mix 65 g mayonnaise with 1/2 teaspoon of crispy chili oil and serve with fries.
