Homemade pumpkin soup
A quick but wholesome dinner, this pumpkin soup is ready in a few minutes.

butternut squash
400 ml
chicken stock

onion
5 leaves
sage
a pinch
salt
Step by step
Peel the butternut squash, scrape out the seeds and cut the butternut squash in cubes.
Pour the stock into the jug of the blender. Add pumpkin, onion, sage leaves and salt.
Put the blender on the Soup Stand and cook until the programme is finished.
Serve with a scoop of sour cream, chili flakes and sage leaves.
