Step by step
Place the kale, pumpkin seeds, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic cloves and lemon juice in the KitchenAid cordless chopper.
Secure the lid and turn the speed to 2. Press down the Pulse/On button to process until roughly chopped.
Slowly add the olive oil through the small food tube while mixing. Continue processing until the right consistency. Add more olive oil if necessary.
